For most projects, we can begin the initial consultation and discovery phase within 1-2 weeks of your first contact. The full project kickoff timing depends on project complexity and our current workload, but we're typically able to assemble a team and start development within 2-4 weeks.

To make our initial discussion as productive as possible, it helps to prepare a brief overview of your project goals, any existing solutions or systems you're using, your target timeline, and budget considerations. Don't worry if you don't have all the details figured out – part of our process is helping you clarify requirements and scope.

Our standard contracts assign full intellectual property rights to you, the client, upon final payment. This includes all code, design elements, and documentation created specifically for your project. We believe that when you pay for development work, you should own the results completely.
